Infraestruturas de Portugal, SA (IP) announces the sale of the Urban Building, belonging to the Autonomous Patrimony of IP, located at Avenida de São Nicolau, EN 203, União de Freguesias de Mazarefes and Vila Fria, municipality and district of Viana do Castel , with a total area of 44,481.44 m², the area covered being 246.33 m² and the uncovered area of 44,235.11 m², inscribed in the urban property matrix under no. 1001, and described in the Viana do Rectorial Building Registry Castle under the number 1318/20100301.

The basic value for the presentation of proposals for the acquisition of the building is € 748,000.00 (seven hundred and forty-eight thousand euros), and they must be received at IP Heritage headquarters until the deadline of December 15, 2017, by the 5:00 p.m.
