In the latest issue of the Main Streets Across the World study, published annually by Cushman & Wakefield, Chiado ranks 33rd.

Chiado, in Lisbon, is the most expensive location in Portugal, with annual revenues of 1380 euros per square meter, representing a 15% increase over last year. Even with this appreciation Chiado maintained its position in the Main Streets Across the World 2017 ranking, compared to 2016, occupying the 33rd place.
