The rehabilitation of the Cine-Teatro Capitólio, promoted by the Lisbon City Council, was awarded on November 16 with the 2017 Real Estate Prize, in the best category of Commerce and Services.

The award was given during the 10th edition of the CONSTRUCT 2017 Awards, an initiative promoted by the newspaper CONSTRUIR, a specialized publication in the construction and real estate sector. In the area of Engineering, the Cruise Terminal of Lisbon received the award of Best Public Project.
