The latest CBRE study shows that the prime area in Lisbon had the highest office occupancy rate in the third quarter of 2017. In the period under analysis, 35,390 m2 were occupied, an increase of 3% over the previous quarter, and a total of 70 transactions between July and September this year.

According to the MarketView Offices Lisbon study, CBD1 (Central Business District 1, referring to the areas of Av. Liberdade, Marquês de Pombal, Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo and Saldanha) registered a 45% increase in the absorption of offices, in the quarter under review. In this zone a rise in the prime rent of 2.5% was verified, to 19.5 € / m2 / month.
