The banking valuation of the houses reached in October the highest value of the last 12 months, standing at 1,141 euros per square meter

The average value of bank evaluation for the country's total of 1,141 euros per square meter (m2) in October represented another six euros, or an increase of 0.5%, compared to the previous September and 5.6% over October last year, the National Statistics Institute (INE) said on Tuesday.
