The average value of construction in 2018 will be frozen at 482.4 euros per square meter. Basic value of buildings built will remain at 603 euros

The average value of the construction will continue in 2018. The decision was published this Tuesday in Diário da República and, in practice, means that the reference value to determine the value of a building for the purpose of valuation of real estate or of IMI will keep up the next year.
