Exemption is "a positive sign" for the legalization of illegal operators, says the president of ALEP.

The Association of Local Accommodation in Portugal (ALEP) said on Wednesday that the new social security scheme, which exempts people from incomes exclusively from local accommodation, is a "positive sign" for the legalization of illegal operators.
