The average value of bank evaluation in Portugal increased by 0.3% in November compared to October and 4.9% in year-on-year terms to 1,144 euros per square meter, the National Statistics Institute (INE) reported today.

According to the INE's Housing Banking Survey, the average value of the bank evaluation carried out under the scope of housing loans increased by € 3 in November, compared to October, approaching the maximum value of the current series observed in April 2011 (1,156 euros / m2).
