The bank evaluation continues to renew the highs of 2011, supported by the good moment that the Portuguese real estate is going through and by the greater willingness to lend by the banks.

The value of banks' valuation of homes under housing credit contracts has renewed new highs for 2011. The average value of bank valuations rose by € 3,144 in November, the National Statistics Institute (INE) .
