Three months after the acquisition of Elevo in the Vallis fund, Gilberto Rodrigues reincides, closing the acquisition of Opway.

Nacala Holdings, owned by former directors of Mota-Engil Gilberto Rodrigues (75%) and Pedro Antelo (25%) announced Thursday that it had closed the purchase of the Opway group. In September he bought the fund Vallis a Elevo, in an operation valued at 90 million euros.
