Owners fear that proposals, currently being debated in the RA, will destroy the sector's economic momentum

Doubts about the future of local accommodation are beginning to fall apart in Parliament today. Six proposals are aimed at increasing control, shortening the time spent in the operation or the number of properties dedicated to this activity. But it is with much fear that the owners who explore this type of accommodation look to the Assembly of the Republic. At risk, says Jorge Van Krieken, energizer of the platform hospedamentolocal.org, are up to 12 billion euros that these guests inject in the Country.
