The Construction Production Index registered a year-on-year change of 2.7% in December (2.5% in the previous month). In 2017, production increased 2.2% (decrease of 3.9% in 2016). Employment and remuneration rates increased by 2.4% and 2.0% in December (2.3% and 4.2% in November), in the same order. The average annual variation of these indices was 2.1% and 1.9% in 2017, respectively (decreases of 4.0% and 4.8% in 2016).
