Sonae Sierra and Armórica announced today the creation of a partnership for the acquisition of the SerraShopping shopping center in Covilhã, partially owned by the Sierra Portugal Fund, and the transaction was not disclosed.

As part of this acquisition, Armórica will hold a majority stake in assets, with Sonae Sierra holding a minority stake and remaining in charge of managing the commercial center.
