Socialists consider that the quota model is an acceptable model for regulating local accommodation but want to wait for the hearings on the subject to formulate a final opinion.

According to Diário de Notícias, the Socialists are taking a step forward with regard to the future law that will regulate local housing, approaching the Block and PCP.
