In August 2018, the amount under management of real estate investment funds (FII), special real estate investment funds (FEII) and real estate asset management funds (FUNGEPI) amounted to 10,890.5 million euros, plus 31.2 million million (0.29%) than in July.

The amount invested in real estate investment funds fell 0.2% to 7,826.3 million euros. In FEII, the value increased by 1,9% to 2,574,7 million euros and in FUNGEPI decreased by 0,2% to 489,5 million euros.
