Jardín Plaza Cúcuta will be the largest commercial center in the city with 43,000 m2 of GLA and the only open air. The construction works of the Jardín Plaza Cúcuta commercial center in Colombia, developed by Sonae Sierra and the Colombian company Central Control, were started on 3 November. The project has an investment of more than 52 million euros and will have 43,000 m2 of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), which will be built on a 12-hectare site, which allows future expansion of the project.
