Real estate investment group Vanguard Properties today launched the first stone of an investment of 200 million euros in the village of Muda, in Grândola, a real estate project that promises to attract domestic and foreign clients.

The project of Vanguard Properties, a company led by a Swiss investor, Claude Berda, who made a fortune in the audiovisual area and later in Swiss real estate, foresees the construction of 200 houses of different types, with service, commercial and sports areas, near the village of Muda.
