Portugal is among the countries where commercial incomes have increased the most in the past year, according to a study released Wednesday by Cushman & Wakefield. In the list of 68 locations where prices are highest, worldwide, Portugal appears in the middle of the table, with the Chiado area in prominence. Portugal ranks 33rd most expensive in terms of commercial leasing, with the square meter in Chiado rising to 1,380 euros, reveals the study.
