At the beginning of August, Inman Connect, one of the largest real estate sales, marketing and technology events in the world, took place in San Francisco, California. This year the event brought together over 4,5000 participants from various countries.

One of the topics most discussed in this issue was the impact and transformation that new technologies will have in the real estate market. A few years ago companies like Uber, Netflix and Airbnb did not exist. No one imagined that getting into the car of a stranger or meeting someone they met through an application would become part of our everyday lives.
