Sonae Sierra entered into a partnership with Armórica for the acquisition of SerraShopping in the Sierra Portugal Fund, with the Spanish-Brazilian company holding a majority stake in the capital of Covilhã's commercial center.

SerraShopping, a shopping center located in Covilhã, has new owners. Armórica, a Spanish company created in 2014 by Brazilian investors, began to control the majority of the capital of the company holding the Portuguese shopping center, following a partnership signed with Sonae Sierra to acquire the stake of the Sierra Portugal Fund in this asset.
