Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 181/2017

The Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation, IP (IHRU, IP), is, pursuant to article 47 and paragraph g) of paragraph 3 of article 48 of Law no. 3/2004, of January 15, and article 5, paragraph 1, of Decree-Law no. 175/2012, of August 2, both in its current version, a public institute of special regime and participated management, the respective board composed of a president and two members, appointed by resolution of the Council of Ministers.
