Decree-Law no. 130/2017 of 9 October

The occurrence of disasters such as floods, forest fires, overthrows or other disasters often has the effect of destroying residential buildings, causing serious material damage and severely affecting the living conditions of the populations and the socio-economic fabric of the affected areas.
