    Ordinance No. 379/2017 of December 19

    The Municipal Tax on Real Estate Code, abbreviated as CIMI, approved by Decree-Law no. 287/2003 of November 12, establishes in its articles 38 and 39 that one of the integrated objective elements in the formula for calculating the urban property evaluation system is the average value of construction per square meter, to be fixed annually, on a proposal from the National Commission for the Evaluation of Urban Buildings (CNAPU), after hearing the entities provided for by law, in accordance with provided for in paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 62 of the same Code.
