The rise in costs to build new houses remained in September compared to the previous month. Prices for services and products for repair and maintenance slowed down in September.

The cost of building new housing in Portugal increased again by 1.6% in September in year-on-year terms, maintaining the same rhythm of increase observed in the previous month.
