The Tax and Customs Authority has prepared a guide to help taxpayers learn about the tax obligations of local housing.

Local accommodation is now a major partner in tourism, but the tax and reporting obligations of those involved in this activity can be far more complex than expected. It was to respond to the doubts of these taxpayers that TA prepared an informative guide on the various steps necessary, from the registration of the LA, the opening of activity, the way to deal with the IRS / IRC and VAT or the obligations that imply the closure of the activity.
