The price increase in the first half of the year was accompanied by a year-on-year decline in both the number of sales recorded and the value of these operations, since a record number of transactions had been achieved from January to June last year.

Real estate prices in the historic center of Lisbon rose between January and June this year for the sixth consecutive semester, increasing 26% year-on-year (compared to the same period in 2016) and 14% compared to the last half of last year.
