There is no parish in Lisbon that is not receiving foreign money. The real estate market is up and foreigners are paying more.

Foreigners pay an average of 94 thousand euros more for a house in Lisbon than the Portuguese. The figures are from SIR-Reabilitação Urbana, verified by Confidencial Imobiliário, and show that between January 2016 and June 2017 there was not a single parish in Lisbon that was left out of this vacancy of foreign investment.
