The chairman of the National Association of Homeowners finds it "absurd" as it has advanced today in relation to renting rooms. The measure announced Tuesday by the Jornal de Notícias, citing the Secretary of State for Housing, determines that who rent rooms for amounts 20% below market value is exempt from the tax of 28% on the value of income.
