In the third quarter of 2017, licensed buildings increased by 6.7% yoy (+ 8.6% in the second quarter of 2017), corresponding to 4,500 buildings. In buildings licensed for new buildings, there was an increase of 14.7% (+ 13.6% in the second quarter of 2017), while in rehabilitation licensing there was a decrease of 5.4% (-0.3% in the 2nd quarter of 2017). Buildings completed increased by 23.2% (+ 12.2% in the second quarter of 2017) to 3.3 thousand buildings.

Compared to the previous quarter, the number of licensed buildings decreased by 4.7% (-5.9% in the second quarter of 2017), while buildings completed + 14.8% (+ 0.2% in the second quarter) quarter of 2017).
