In the first half of 2017, real estate investment in the Historic Center of Porto amounted to 49.3 million euros, corresponding to the transaction of 166 properties, revealed today Confidencial Imobiliário.

"The data are calculated based on the sales communications made by the owners to the Porto City Council in the context of the legal preference law that this entity enjoys in its Urban Rehabilitation Area," it said in a statement.
