The big Brazilian construction companies, involved in the Lava Jato corruption scandal, are barred from closing contracts with Petrobras, which has led companies of other nationalities and dimensions to seek to seize the moment. This is the case of Portugal's Mota-Engil, which last October submitted a tender in the tender launched by the Brazilian oil company for contracts to maintain a total of 25 platforms in the Campos Basin, divided into three lots.
