With the reduction of works in Africa, the production of Portuguese construction companies abroad is in a reduction mode. The European External Investment Plan (PIE), designed to foster sustainable development in Africa and neighboring countries of the European Union (EU), is a new stimulus for the Portuguese construction industry to strengthen its presence on the African continent.
