The real estate company Estia SGPS, owned 50% by brothers Carlos and Jorge Martins (shareholders of Martifer) and which joined the PER with a liability of 110 million euros, will be contemplated with a 36% pardon by its main creditor and will only begin to pay what you owe 10 years from now.

The Novo Banco, which has one of its largest debtors in the Martifer group, approved the recovery plan of Estia SGPS, where it holds more than 70% (78 million euros) of credits of 110.6 million euros on this real estate developer, which is controlled 50% by I'M SGPS, brothers Carlos and Jorge Martins, founders, shareholders and leaders of Martifer.
