The Competition Authority approved the purchase of Sintra Retail Park, Forum Sintra and Forum Montijo by the Auchan group, through the real estate company Immochan, according to a note published today by the regulator.

"On 8 February 2018, the Management Board of the Competition Authority (...) decides to adopt a non-opposition decision" to the concentration, "since it is not liable to create significant impediments to effective competition in identified markets, "reads the note.
