The Public Prosecutor's Office did not allow the sale of Herdade da Comporta real estate fund. In a statement, it explains that the decision was due to the doubts regarding the conduct of the sale.

The Prosecutor's Office raises negative criticisms in the conduct of the sale process of Herdade da Comporta real estate fund. That is why, in fact, it ruled that it did not raise the arrest on the units that were being sold to Ardma Imobiliária, the Portuguese businessman Pedro de Almeida, which prevented the transaction.
