The tragic events that occurred as a result of the large fires that took place on October 15, 2017 in several municipalities of the Center and the north of the national territory determined, through Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 167-B / 2017, of November 2, the adoption of exceptional and urgent measures of support to meet the most urgent needs of the affected populations.
